Delivery times

Orders are normally delivered within 2 or 4 working days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, except during festive periods such as Christmas when the delivery time is extended a few days more than expected. For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from one week to ten days.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be served the next day. Sometimes what can also happen is that we do not have an item in your order in the central warehouse and we have to bring it from other sub-warehouses with which we work or points of sale. In that case, delivery could be delayed but don't worry, we move quickly so that this time is delayed as little as possible. We have different channels in which the client can request information about the status of their order and the approximate delivery time.

Thirty (30) days after the Customer's order is available for delivery without it having been delivered for reasons not attributable to KORÖSHI, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from it. As a consequence, we will refund all payments received by the Customer, including delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from the date we consider the order to be resolved.
